Santa's Coming to Town!

Merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays. I hope everyone is enjoying their family at this time of the year. Jason and I have been doing a lot of family time. but unfortunately both of our boys are sick this week. I have had the luxury to not really have to deal with sickness for the last four years I have had kids, but this year I am 2 for 2 and both in the same week. The boys are still in good spirits and can't wait for Santa, but I feel so bad when they cant run around too much and play with their cousin.

We have Christmas Eve dinner tonight with Jason family, which will be fun, good food, and Family. Then we are thinking about going to the Del Mar Lights festival. The kids really love Christmas lights and this is something you stay on the car for. SO for them being sick it will be nice to keep the heater on. Maybe we will get some Hot Chocolate from Starbucks and enjoy the time just the four of us.

I can't wait for the boys to wake up tomorrow morning and see all the cool gifts that Santa and I brought. Even the BIKE they got from Grandma and Papa. They are going top be so excited. I just hope we will be able to get it all back to San Francisco.

Everyone enjoy the Happy season with your love ones and I hope everyone gets all they want tonight!!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

So 6 more days left till Christmas. My kids are so excited!! Luckily for us we are done with the shopping. All I have left to do is wrap the gifts that I left in San Diego and Bake, Bake, Bake with the boys on Monday. We will Have so much fun. My Friend Heather bought the boys their own little Gingerbread apron for baking. It is so cute. They are perfect for baking Gingerbread men!!

Jason, the kids and I leave tomorrow for San Diego. I cant wait to see all our family and friends. This is going to be the best Christmas EVER!!! I still have to pack, but I am sure I will get it done.

Its been pretty cold here in San Francisco, 40's during the day and low 30's at night, I don't think this is really what I signed up for but I guess we are getting through it. We went into Downtown SF on Sat night to see the Christmas tree on Pier 39 and it was so cold, we all had hats, gloves, huge jackets and scarfs to keep us warm and it was still so cold. Its feeling like Christmas. I don't think we ever spent a holiday season in cold weather. Its always been nice with the sun shining... My kids are looking for snow now (probably since it is so cold) luckily we dont have to deal with that. We will just make a drive of 45min and go play in the snow.

to help everyone get into the Christmas spirit I Included a video of Jaydon's Preschool Class singing Jingle Bells, Santa's coming to town, and feliz navidad.

ENJOY!!!

Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells

Well it is Christmas time and I am so excited. This is going to be the best Christmas yet. Jaydon and Bryce really truly understand whats going on, and are really enjoying all the wonderful Christmas activities I have lined up for them. Our Tree is up with Presents all around it. The boys are getting a ton of Gifts. The outside is decorated, and I have a gazillion movies recorded for them to watch. We have made our baking list and cant wait to get started this weekend. As well as a ton of crafts to keep them busy.

Jaydons school recital is tonight and he will be singing Jingle Bells, Santa's coming to town and Feliz Navidad. I cant wait, I will post the video next time so you all can see it.

We are leaving for San Diego on the 19th to spend Christmas with our families, but next year I think we will stick around here. Traveling for the Holidays is a hassle, but it will be fun to see everyone again.

We are planning a Tahoe trip at the beginning of 2009. Jaydon really wants to see snow and learn to Snowboard. He is really interested in learning new things and Jason and I try our hardest to let him experience anything he wants to try. It is important to me that my kids are never held back from anything they want to try. Everything is a learning opportunity and I am going to take it.

Well I am off to pick Jaydon up and take him out for Hot Chocolate before his recital. I will post some pictures from Thanksgiving...
